    What is made from Phenolic Plastic, has teddy bear glass eyes, 3-T and adjustable planer lip...and is 4 1/2 inches long? I have 3 books and still can not see anything like it...could be a saltwater lure?

      It's a very cool lure. If you could add a few photo's of the hardware.The front and underside this would help to find the maker. Hardware tells alot about the age.
