This mysterious bottle is a favorite in my collection

My father started me into the collecting of old medicine bottles,its become a passion for me.But this one bottle in my collection is my favorite...I just love the detail on the label,not quite sure what it says since its in another language.Found it at a flea market in Seekonk and bought it for $10.This is one bottle that I cherish in my collection.Would love it if someone could give me more information about this bottle.
