This is what I think is a Souvenir from the Korean conflict 1951-1952.
It identifies 57th engineering field squadron and identifies locations.
Pochon Chow,Yongp Yong Chon, Hantan Gang,Chorwon, Imjin Gang,Kansas Line, Wyoming Line, Jamestown Line.

Just an opinion, as I’m not sure of Canadian practices regarding regimental flags. I think that if this were a regular regimental flag, it would have the individual battle honors but not the war shown at the bottom, as it would be thought redundant. I think this may have been something less official made for a veteran or for display in the squadron mess/headquarters. I would further guess that there would be some similarities between this and the actual squadron flag, such as the blue stripes on red (orange?) in the background.

I concur with chris and also would think that it is a souvenir embroidery piece of service in Korea.

Size may help in making a determination-- what does it measure?

Small size is also indicative of a souvenir piece not an actual Rgt flag.
