Very pretty box in a satin finished milk glass with floral decor. Well taken care of for many years as the hinge works perfectly. Has intact satin lining. The base of the box matches a documented Wave Crest hair receiver although I have never found this exact box in any of the references.
trinket boxes are always so much fun to collect -- this one is particularly pretty -- so soft and feminine
Yes, the boxes were what started me on the road to Victorian milk glass obsession years ago. I love it all, but the really old and ornate things are what make my heart beat a little faster.
