Pictured is sheet music for the song "My Foolish Heart" from the film of the same name. It was published in 1949 by Santly-Joy, Inc. of New York City. On the cover are Dana Andrews and Susan Hayward.
These are great. I have several and put them in frames as they make great decor. If you want to look up the value, Abesbooks usually has some for sale and they tend to run 7-10 bucks each.
