Antique Buckwalter Coal Stove

I'm a Realtor in Lancaster County PA and have a client selling an 1800's farm house. This antique coal stove is one of the items at the home. Although the name plate is missing, the name Royersford PA is cast into the base. From the little research I've done it seems to be a Buckwalter. Just wonder if anyone could confirm this and maybe provide a model name and aprox age. Not sure what they plan on doing with the stove but it would be helpful to know an estimated value as well THANKS
