there is no name nothing on so not sure if its some random costume jewelry or just a really nice pick. Ive tried looking it up but had no hope.
Paid 7 bucks oh well maybe might be a good find if just cheap jewelry could give it as a gift:)

Is it signed any place ? It is costume but still collectible if signed by maker even better :-)

can you take a picture of the back of the cameo, and the back of the rhinestone shiny part??

Hmm I doubt it, its got the same pearls and rhinestones on the rope as it does on the cameo. Probably came that way

A hand carved cameo will show undercuttings and tool markings, also the line work will look more fluid. Looks like the French actress Sarah Bernhardt style, 1930's but markets were flooded with plastic corporate factory pieces who stole everyones designs and mass produced items. It's the material it is made from and hand carved that made the cameo artist works desirable. Even 14k jewelry was stamped out with resin cameos.
