Limoges France Saucer

My father was a Pearl Harbor survivor but died in 1987. He was always sending items to my mother and this 4 1/4" saucer was found when my mother passed away this month. I can't locate the tea/coffee cup to go with it but I do remember there was one. I would like to find out what pattern this is and what the two markings on the mean. It would have been purchased in the 1940s or possibly 1950s? It would be fun to know the origins of it. Thank you.
