Cup of jo? Or perhps mojo

Strangest cup(?) I've ever seen. Doesn't appear to have any identifying marks on or beneath. Looks old, cured clay maybe. All I know is theres a face and at first glance it looked like arms but they are actually birds on the side. And if I flip through its pics on my camera, he/she is doing a rain dance. Oh and it has no reflection in a mirror. jk ;)
