    This is a lovely filigreed Maltese cross that I bought at an antique store there some time ago in my travels. It is wonderfully delicate - like lace - and has a fine silver chain to match. It is marked sterling, and is 2 inches x 2 inches. It looks gilt in the pictures, but that is just the patina.
