Bavarian Style Porcelain / Victorian Girl Figurine / Circa 1950's 60's

I found this today at the Cleveland Goodwill. A pretty little Victorian girl figurine holding something. Not sure what it is. It's 7" tall and has just two touches of gold at the neck line and bottom of her dress. I believe it's a piece of Bavarian Hutschenreuther porcelain, but I'm not sure. The style seems to match a few pieces I've seen online but I cannot find this exact figure. The bottom is open and hollow unlike the others that are solid and stamped with the company's name. Inscribed on the hollow's edge is something ( ?? T Z I) but that only adds to the mystery. -Mike-
