Although this isn't the most spectacular piece of glass ,I just LOVE the color and the waves through out the glass and I haven't come across many glass wall pockets that didn't have damage to them. Any ideas of a maker ?

I don't know, but maybee it can be a design by Anna Örnberg for Studioglass Strömbergshyttan? She did some vases with this cutted and folded edge. Ana example here:
