Beautiful glass lamps

I have a pair of these beautiful lamps but have no idea about what time period they come from.The glass looks sort of like murano glass and the swirls and roses are metal.The base has a piece of marble and the rest is brass I think.
They are a huge and heavy pair of lamps that stand about 70 cm high before the shade goes on.
Hopefully someone else can shed some light on when they might have been made.I've never seen anything like them before.
