Desk was purchased in a vintage shop in Englewood, Florida. No history of desk was known. Listed only as a Sea Captain's Desk. It's heavy, solid wood. Has four wooden legs 6 1/2" hinged top lid, two pull out drawers. Measures 22 1/2" across, 15 1/2" deep, 17" high, including the legs. Could not find anything like it on-line. Great conversation piece and provides storage for misc writing materials, stapler, paperclips, phone, etc. Would like to know more about its origin.
