I know you can fake crack and paint jobs but I believe this to be a very old cracked finish from heat and age
I would definitely agree on that but if you look at the paint a photos are on the peace the crack is kind of nice I like the paintings with all the crack finish on it it's nice in itself the paintings...
that is George I have a piece by him he is known for the spring mechanisms on his rocking chairs you are very lucky to have that cheer it's a lollipop all right
