Hello, the diamonds are real and the setting is platinum. I have tested the diamonds with a gemoro diamond tester and acid tested the ring for its purity.
This piece is in another state, I just took a picture when I was visiting and have no way of getting the dates as of now.
This has two patent dates on it. One is 1901 and the other one I think is 18??
