Would anyone have any idea if the image is suppose to be an image of a god/goddess (can't tell if woman or man image)...or image of a specific person of the time period, or?

Would anyone have an idea of where I might be able to find out more info on this piece, i.e., age, what the stone is, etc. ? If I could find out what it is, how old, etc., I may can link it to a time...
