I started out collecting early Coca-Cola in the beginning.Though being born here in North Carolina.The birthplace of Pepsi Cola.I transferred all my energy and time into collecting early Pepsi-Cola memorabilia.Why not,I`m a lifetime Pepsi-Cola drinker.Never really cared much for the taste of Coca-Cola.In these past 25 years of collecting Pepsi,I`ve put together a nice collection of rare and early Pepsi memorabilia.I`ve been lucky and have acquired a few of those one of a kind early and rare Pepsi pieces.In the earlier days 20+ years back,Pepsi collecting was a little more affordable.Now like Coke,you have to dig alot deeper in your pockets.I also enjoy collecting M.Dew hillbilly soda items almost as much as Pepsi.The Mountain Dew Hillbilly character was a big part of my childhood in the 1960`s.I have fond memories,of the citrus filled drink.Especially after a neighborhood baseball game.We`d walk to the store,turn our head when we pulled the M.Dew hillbilly bottles from the cooler.The person with the least cooliest bottle,or a plain nothing extra printed on it,would buy.If we all had a filled by,etc.,the buyer was the one with the closiest town on it.The further away the town the safer you were from having to pay.****If you have any early Pepsi or Mountain Dew w/hillbilly items for sale,send me an email.I`d be glad to talk with you!
