This is a cool item I picked up a few years ago from a very old lady in Atlanta. It belonged to her parents who were handed it on the street in 1891. They kept it in a scrap book. She found it while she was paring down here estate. Imagine, the company was only 5 years old when this was handed out. There are two other versions known, one with flowers, and one with a hayfield. Yes, I know the condition isn't perfect, but until I get offered a perfect one, this one will do fine!

Is this the only one of this version? Very, Very neat! (Did I just say "neat" ?) I meant cool.

      Savoychina1,
Thats Ok. I still use the word "neat" to. We must be of the same generation! as far as your question, I am always hesitant to say anything is the "only one", since there are many nice collections out there that not even someone like myself who has been doing this a long time is aware of. I will say that it is the only one with this image that "I know of". I know the collections that the other two images I spoke of are from, as well.

point well taken. Looking at it and remembering the diagonal slits provided in old scrapbooks, I wonder if the corners are still in that scrapbook where it was snatched out of.

I'm trembling in something that's so old, and so early that is coca cola. Hey, early coke, I posted a sign earlier, http://www.collectorsweekly.com/stories/4680-rare-1922-coca-cola-sign?in=92
And i was wondering if you could help out indentifyng this as being a reproduction or real.
Ray says it's real becasue it has ligit wear and rusting on edges, and I kinda believe him on that. So I think that's why it maybe real.
But I still have some "if"'s on this sign like, why isn't there a maker on it? Why is it smaller then the original? I completely believe ray here, but I just some asuring advice from somebody else. Can you help me out?

I also bought for 38 dollars, so usually for me, it's sometimes "to good to be true" if worth somewhere around 300 dollars.
