      What are the words below the circle? - I can read the Wheelock Germany and outside the circle looks like La France ?????

      According to marks4antiques Wheelock pottery was based in Peoria,Illinois, 1899-1940’s. They also imported from Austria, Bohemia and Japan. Items from Japan were made by Noritake
      La France is probably the pattern name
