Heres a Victorian Oil Painting I got not to long back, in fact haven't even researched the Artist yet? But boy is it Freaky! Those Blue eyes seem to follow you no matter were you are at in the room. At low light you can still see the eyes but nothing else! LOL... I can't remember for sure, I believe I was told by Lady it was the Founder of a Dept. Store. Signed but haven't figured it out yet, anyone want to try?

    Looking at your picture, if you take off the "Foster Grants" and look in the mirror, this fellow looks like he may be your Great Grandfather. Maybe he is a long lost "rich uncle".
