Indoor street lamps

I have a pair of Indoor Street Lamps that were my mom's. I have never seen anything akin to these and I am not sure where she got them. I always thought that she said they came from San Francisco, but my dad was not so sure. They are very unique and a great conversation piece. They measure about 79"high. They were always a favorite at my mom's house and she always lit them up during the holidays...
