OverWatch Swiss made oddity

OK heres one I'd love help figuring out,..its brand name is OverWatch,..its swiss made, 15 jewels antimagnetic with a seconds subdial water protected stainless back stamped in a ring round the back,..i cant find anythign by this brand anywhere out there,..cant get the back off,.have to get a rubber ball i guess,..keeps good time and is fairly cool looking with raised gold numbers and a nicely weathered ivory or parchment coloured face,..anyone have any details on this maker ? thanks peeps!
