was wondering if anyone knows anything about these!!!

I believe these are pre WWI buttons, they seem to be made of porcelain, and hand painted with a very fine brush, was wondering if anyone here can give me more info on how old, or where they might have come from?
they are about an inch across and about 3/16th of an inch thick, they were fired in a kiln, but not in Canada, I'm sure of that!! Can anyone tell me a rough age or year they might be from??????????
