I found this unusual bottle/decanter/kerosene lamp base in my mother's stuff after she died. I searched and searched for any information about this particular pattern and can't find it anywhere. It's very heavy, hand-blown (it has a pontil), screw-top w/o a lid.
Looking down from above it looks like it has four 'seams'
It's only 5 1/2" Tall, and 6" wide.
Can anyone help me identify what this might be, or what the pattern is?
Thanks in advance.

the pattern looks very much like 'Constellation' by Indiana Glass but I don't know if they made a carafe or oil lamp in this pattern.
It originally had a chrome pump type lid on it and sold in a chrome holder with shot glasses as a liquor set.
