I bought the Polaroid camera back in the late 1970's or early 1980's and used the camera for many years until about two years ago when they stopped making the film for the SX-70. It was a great camera for it's time.

It took me awhile to find this polaroid, I had put it away and looked for hours in the house wondering what I had done with it. I thought is it in the attic, garage or in a storage unit I rent? about 9 pm last night it came to me, It's in the garage and I walked right to it.
Was that attachment on the bottom a stand for it?I never saw one of those or the flash.
beau5278, It is a stand that came with the camera and so did the flash unit. I added another photo of the bottom of the camera.
So that also works as a tripod mount. These cameras were pretty neat.
Thanks Beau5278
nice-looking on ebay for the sx 70-a friend at work showed me the first model sx 70 in 1974 it cost him about £100 in pounds stirling- a huge amount of money back then.
