I'm not sure what this item is I bought just a few hours ago. It's in beut condition except for one scratch under the foot, and appeared to not be of Asian orgin, so I busted out a five'r for it win or lose. I like the mellow green meld inside. If I were to hazard a guess, I'd say it belonged to a colourful set at one time. Any maker/origin thoughts are surely appreciated.

It might be Italian from the Empoli region.

Thank-you Tigerchips for giving me a clue into it's origin. I have a small amount of amber/ribbed optical glass, and would love to add it to this grouping once confirmed.

Better late than never :) Thanks for the loves...GeodeJem, vetraio50, Rick55, aghcollect, SEAN68, racer4four & mikelv85. It's very nice to hear it is Empoli tigerchips, and a special thanks rucklezglass to have your comment too. I would love to see pics those divine green goblets one day. Perhaps with a little natural light coming through them.
