I'm going through my dad's old things and came across this old Grand Old Parr whisky bottle. I couldn't find anything out about it online so far and am wondering if someone made it a craft project over the years.

Any ideas? Has anyone seen this before? My dad passed about 10 years ago, and he has 50+ bottles I'm sorting through!

Someone has decoupaged the bottle and decorated it with the red colour and a really nice painting of a young girl. Or, more likely as it looks quite flat, the portrait was applied after the decoupage had set and been varnished. You can see the pieces of paper(?) using while decoupaging.
One of the bottles has been made into a radio. It's on a google page for 'Images for Grand Old Parr whisky'.
