I have this assembly, not sure how old or where it is used. Any help would be appreciated. There appears to be a foot mount and a hand pump, I am thinking that you would stick the end in a bucket of water and someone else would point the hose??

I'm leaning towards a bilge pump for a boat.

That could be, not sure why there is a nozzle at the end of the hose?

Its WWII Fire fighting equipment stirrup pump. When Nazi Germany was dropping fire bombs, a hero would rush up with a bucket of water and use the stirrup pump to put it out. Look for MOD markings.

The only number on the pump is AA4064, pump part is all brass
