    Thanks to TallCakes I have determined these are Art Deco Intaglio Glass ashtrays. Being a new collector I was not sure what they were. These individual ashtrays were too pretty to pass up even for a non-smoker, so I bought them and will use them for my rings.

      try researching Art Deco Intaglio Glass ashtrays. This type of design motif was very popular and made by many glass houses.
