Nice quality 1:43 scale Volga. Nice green colour. All doors, hood and truck open. Nice car, except quality control was weak on this model's production day, and an upside down tail light was installed. I thought of trying to correct it, but it is on tight and will most like break the insert plug. Gives it character.

My Mother bought a car at the end of the 70's a Russian made Moskovich (son of Moscow) and it looked liked this.

lol racer4four. Seems to be a correct statement. I thought that very thing.

Thank you for the comment GeodeJem.
These Russion cars and similar may not have been the prettiest, although I find they have a cool look, but they were tough workhorse vehicles. Many of these are still around Eastern Europe, Ukraine, etc. Easy to fix was a key component in trying to own a car in Russia. I have had Skodas and always wanted to own a Tatra. Czech cars were very similar. You get basic needs taken care of only, but are they can be fun, reads scarey, to drive and and easy to maintain. Technology was a decade or two behind when new. :)
