Got this on one of the final few times anyone showed up at our flea market here.
I know nothing on it other than that it is a solid cast piece and painted blue.
The final two pics are of it by a standard-size antique postcard. I got bored and shot off a number of those under poor light and worse staging.
HELP? :)
