This cool little blue ball with birds flying is made by Buler. I am unsure of this maker and when it could of been made. Any info would be helpful

Very neat.
This style of enameled pendant ball watch was popular around 1890-1915 and experienced a revival about 50 years later. I would date yours around 1950s- 1960s. It's beautiful and functional.
