    I got it from a traveling merchant in Afghanistan. The star is not perfect, but will make a beautiful pendant. I need to get it certified from a gemologist, but I'm sure it's real. The bottom is not polished. I would like to know a great silversmith who has designs for something like this.

      You need to put something in your pix that gives us an idea of size. A known coin maybe.
