    Open for any suggestions on what it is. It's 6"long.
    Some one said it was a bottle opener, but we have tried it for that and it doesn't work. The handle opens and closes the jaws.

      Definately a nail or tack puller. I have a large one for pulling 16 penny nails and use it often.
