      I believe it dates to the 1930’s, made by Morimura Brother for Noritake. There are a lot of similar scenic plates around, but yours does have the lovely detailed handle, so is more unusual. Here’s a link

      Were there any sort of pattern names associated with this? I'm attempting to figure out what it might be worth.

      Nice, but these don't sell like they used to.

      Take a look on ebay under SOLD listings to give you a better idea on prices.
