Nice-- I am a Prussia fan/ used to collect. I have seen plates that size, not sure if I have any now. I know I do have some RS Germany that size.

Hope the tagged price is an old one!

I see 8" plates called "cake plate" but this one is saucer size with no indentation where a cup would sit.
I shall continue my search and appreciate your comment.

Just checked what I have and most of my saucers are about 4 1/4" and my individual berry bowls are about 5 1/4".

Seems to be about the size of a salad plate-- suspect they were in a set with several in your size (for individual servings) and the larger "master" piece. Not sure of the exact function.

A look on ebay will probably show some of your size.
