    I like the colour of the turquoise. I am not sure if the ring is Southwestern or Native American. The ring is signed "Sterling" and the letter "H."

      I think it might be this one: Harrison Yazzie, Navajo
      I believe it matches because the word "Sterling" is written in a kind of script and the letter "H" is boxy.
