      Look like drain cleaning tools to me. For unblocking sewer lines, cutting out roots etc. Would attach onto flexible steel drain rods.

      Yes these are for a power auger (commercial grade) like ROTO Rooter) spade bits, cutters and a retriever. Not old but would clean lines from 1 1/4" up to 4". They look old because of the rust. They are constantly in sewer drain pipes so you seldom see them clean unless they are new. I keep a homeowner one because I have tree root problems now and then.
