    Although badly corroded, it appears that a section of the wreath is foreign to the coin and is clearly delaminating. I'm curious to know if any of the error collectors might hazard a guess as to what it is. I don't collect errors so if anyone who has a display of errors coins wants this to display, I would send it to them free. Just want to find it a good home

      I second Rico's opinion. Mint errors can go for stupid money.
      With that said, is it an inclusion, a delamination, or did someone spill some solder on it years ago? Can't tell from the photos.
