I have looked and looked and other than guessing (with a lot of research ) that this famille verte, or rose. It has a slight tint of blue color to the under glaze and the symbols on top are of the 4 scholars. The writing is under the glaze. I do not have a clue of dating this piece or reading the Chinese symbols.

i'd post it on the Collecting Chinese Ceramics&Art Facebook page. if nobody comments on it, it's probably nothing interesting. but if it is, you should get plenty of information. just be polite, even if they aren't.

i think they try to make us believe that this a Wanli period vase 1573-1619, it aint there is no explanation for these shades of color in the famille verte types in any period

i hate to say it , but i think the whole piece is Frankensteined
