I wish I could take a stab at it but I really don't have a clue!!! but thre are people here that may know the answer?? Welcome to CW!!!
Over the yrs., I've noticed a number of Toledo( Spain) daggers of this design.
bb2 was here and it looks like he was right! Here's a link to a google image search that may help:
