    Can anyone tell me anything about these clay models which are both about 8” in length.
    They are painted and have a layer of lacquer.
    They have wire feet and the legs are these wires taped together which then go into the clay body.
    They look similar in style to Takahashi birds but from what I’ve read these were carved from wood and made into brooches.
    There is no identifying marks or names on either of them.

      New to this site.
      There appears to be no way of rotating or cropping a photograph once it has been uploaded - not for the want of trying!
      The question remains the same though...

      It helps to use a PC to post photos instead of a portable device. Try resizing your photos smaller and upload them again. You will have to delete the current photo which is done under "edit post".
