This 2 3-4"L goldtone anchor brooch has round rhinestones and enamel patriotically colored red, white & blue. Marked Trifari tm and dates from the 1990s
Wishing you all a safe and happy Labor Day weekend, special thanks to our hardworking military & all who have served, this anchor as always a fond reminder of my Navy dad

That's so gorgeous! It's my favourite brooch of yours in a while Jenni, and it's so appropriate and on theme. It's so simply, pretty and very nautical. It's also a design that looks both feminine and yet masculine? Dunno what it is about nautical symbols, but they have this strong masculine look, but they can be sleek and elegant too.

Phil, didn't Trifari do a nice job on the design, and I tried really hard to get the dark blue enamel bright enough so it didn't appear black in the pix
Karen you are spot on, this is a VERY 90s look with the bold golden rope & large rhinestones...this chunky look was all the rage back then esp by Trifari and Napier

Mike it really has an elegance doesn't it, I think it would be quite impressive worn on a boating excursion which we haven't done in awhile but should do again in this lovely cooling down weather
