I am thinking this bottle is over 100 years old due to the cork stopper. If not within a few years it will be. Screw top bottles brought an end to the bottles with cork stoppers.
This bottle has a smooth lower lip which means it is pos 1900 and machine made. Earlier bottles were made by glass blowers and you can tell by the rough lower lip.
There are original contents in the bottle. I am thinking it wouldn't taste too good . Would not recommend using it as then it wouldn't have original contents.
Now, that's certainly something I never knew existed. I've seen onion powder and dried onion, but never onion extract. Pretty neat find!!
My tastebuds just shuddered. I still love it though!
