Hello everyone!!
Seems like every few years I get lucky and manage to find another of these well dressed cast iron gentleman rabbits. These are among my favorites and are increasingly difficult to find, so when I do find one I tend to snatch them up. I now have four of these fellows. . I'm not sure when these were made, or who even manufactured them, but I'm speculating sometime during the 1960's or 1970's. They're very well constructed and nicely painted. They are direct copies of the original 1920's single sided gentleman rabbits manufactured by National and Albany foundries. And very nice copies at that. These fellows stand about 8" tall and weigh in at just over 3lbs each.
