VICTOR
Manufactured by Tilton Manufacturing Co, Boston, USA in 1891
Patented in 1889 by F.D. Taylor and J.A. While, the Victor has the distinction of being the industry´s first daisy wheel typewriter.
The daisy wheel in the center was geared to rotate as the indicator arm pivoted along the semi-circular letter index, a spring-loaded hammer pressed the type to the paper.
The Victor originally sold for $15.
