Got this today. I quick search makes me think it is a pretty rare piece. 1971 poster by Jack Rickard 1922-1983 Major contributor to Mad for two decades, and Jerry DeFuccio 1925-2001 Comic artist (EC andDC) and was associate editor at Mad for 25 years. I love political satire and this was one I hadn't seen before.
