This is an German 8 day cuckoo clock. The clock is missimg the weights and has a damaged bellow other than that its in great shape. Is it worth fixing I have no clue on how to even operate it.

I have some cuckoo clocks and found they are very expensive to fix . So mine I just use for display . I think it was in hundreds to repair as I recall at Swiss Clock shop many yrs ago . Maybe it is less expensive now but they do look nice just as decorations and no bird yelling at you :-)
The Cuckoo clocks made in Black Forest were made to because it was so dark there they needed a noise to count off time by and the chirping bird was created .

Here's a couple links for you to buy new bellows and weights. Fix it yourself! A new set of bellows is no big deal....
