    I UNDERSTAND IT TO BE FROM THE US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS. THE CASE IS MARKED USCE ON ONE SIDE. THE CASE LOOKS TO BE PLATED BRASS . ANY INFO APPRECIATED. I BELIEVE THIS TO BE OF WW2 VINTAGE.
